21st Century Teacher

       Teachers in the 21st century must be role models, have good character, and be able to adapt to diverse students instead of simply being experts in their fields. Teachers must grow and adapt collaboratively in order to effect a deliberate shift in the learner's educational journey from actual mastery to future preparation.  The lessons and experiences helped shape me into a better educator. It makes me realize how important this profession is. It strengthens my belief that teachers teach, and we will do so as part of our service.                         The lessons and experiences helped me to become a better teacher. It uplifts me on the significance of this career path. It strengthens my understanding that teachers teach, and we'll continue to do so as a part of our job. In order for us teachers to adapt the modern society.

Significance of Teaching

      Becoming a teacher is an endless responsibility. It is a noble profession that is necessary to the entire world. Here why it is significant: 1. Teachers teaches other profession        Teachers groom other professions as it is in class that other careers start. Prior to being professionals, everyone undergoes mentorship provided by a teacher. An Engineer was once taught by a teacher same goes with a Physician, an Architect, and all professions known. 2. Teachers touch lives of their students     Teachers are not just lecturers. Teachers are confidants whom students feel comfortable sharing with their joys and pains, victories and heartbreaks. 3. Teachers molds the character, values and ethics      Teachers are always put on the pedestal as someone whose moral compass works. Reasons Behind my Teaching

             Teaching has always been my passion because it expresses my inner desire to help others and to share my knowledge with them. Back when I was a child, I used to play a game with my cousins called "teacher-teacheran," in which I acted as a teacher. I was really inspired because of my mother, who is a teacher. When I was still not studying in school, my mother brought me with her to school.  After her class, I always do the same thing that she is doing with her students. I bring chair in front and stand from it, I acted like there is a students that is listening from me. As time went on, my sister also became a teacher. I am even more inspired because, as of now, my sister is a really good and efficient teacher at her school.
