21st Century Teacher
Teachers in the 21st century must be role models, have good character, and be able to adapt to diverse students instead of simply being experts in their fields. Teachers must grow and adapt collaboratively in order to effect a deliberate shift in the learner's educational journey from actual mastery to future preparation. The lessons and experiences helped shape me into a better educator. It makes me realize how important this profession is. It strengthens my belief that teachers teach, and we will do so as part of our service.
